The estimated cost for design and construction of the Library and Cultural Arts Center Project ranges from $82,000,000 to $113,000,000 (in 2018 dollars) depending upon the program size and potential enhancements. Funding for construction of this facility has not been secured; however, some funds are collected by the City through the Capital Facilities Fee, a fair-share fee on new development.

Impact to Annual Operating Budget

This project would generate annual operating expenses for staffing, utilities, and general operations. These estimated operating costs will be calculated during the design development process.
